Industry's first RVA23 Profile mass-production array server, featuring 10 built-in SpacemiT K3 compute nodes (quantity configurable). A single node delivers maximum frequency of 2.4GHz and peak computing power of 60 TOPS, capable of running 30B large models. It supports mainstream build systems such as Open Build Server and Koji, as well as compatibility testing for mainstream Linux distributions, open-source software, and AI frameworks. It also offers remote RISC-V cloud debugging functionality, features dual 10GbE ports and Gigabit Ethernet ports, expandable with up to 48 M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs and comes with integrated BMC management system.

RISC-V Hardware Virtualization

Supports RISC-V hardware virtualization, providing CPU and memory virtualization capabilities through the RVH 1.0 extension, interrupt virtualization capabilities through the RV AIA extension, and peripheral virtualization capabilities through the RV IOMMU extension.

Security Defense Technology

Adopts complete RISC-V security architecture with M/S/U three‑level privileges, providing hardware‑level defense against Spectre and Meltdown attacks. Features 4 x 10GbE SFP+ ports and 1 x MGMT (BMC management network interface), supporting BMC independent out-of-band operation and maintenance management. Built-in Layer 3 routing and switching, VLAN partitioning, and QoS traffic control functions effectively optimize network transmission efficiency and enhance overall system network security protection.
