Industry's first RVA23 Profile mass-production array server, featuring 10 built-in SpacemiT K3 compute nodes (quantity configurable). A single node delivers maximum frequency of 2.4GHz and peak computing power of 60 TOPS, capable of running 30B large models. It supports mainstream build systems such as Open Build Server and Koji, as well as compatibility testing for mainstream Linux distributions, open-source software, and AI frameworks. It also offers remote RISC-V cloud debugging functionality, features dual 10GbE ports and Gigabit Ethernet ports, expandable with 6 SATA3.0 hard drives and comes with integrated BMC management system.

Linux Distribution Build Systems

Supports Open Build Service, Koji, and other build systems. Native compilation is 7x faster than x86 QEMU, and offers 15x better price-performance than equivalent x86 systems. Enables automated compilation, packaging, and version iteration of firmware, kernels, and apps — ideal for server-side automated build and integration needs.

RISC-V Hardware Virtualization

Supports RISC-V hardware virtualization, providing CPU and memory virtualization capabilities through the RVH 1.0 extension, interrupt virtualization capabilities through the RV AIA extension, and peripheral virtualization capabilities through the RV IOMMU extension.

Security Defense Technology

Adopts complete RISC-V security architecture with M/S/U three‑level privileges, providing hardware‑level defense against Spectre and Meltdown attacks. Equipped with RISC-V PMP/ePMP and dedicated IOPMP mechanism for high‑level protection. Supports secure boot, secure storage, and signature verification, with integrated hardware encryption (AES/SHA/RSA&SM2/SM3/SM4) for full lifecycle security management.

Supports remote automatic flashing, remote serial debugging, remote SSH, web-based IDE, and remote desktop, providing out-of-the-box remote debugging environment.

Exceptional Power Efficiency

Server is equipped with 10 K3 compute nodes, delivering computing performance roughly equivalent to a mid-range x86 server. The total power consumption of the server is approximately 150W to 300W, saving about 60% in electricity costs compared to x86 server with equivalent performance.

BMC Management System

Equipped with intelligent BMC management system, enabling real-time monitoring, software configuration, hardware configuration, troubleshooting, anomaly alerts, system upgrades, and remote O&M. Features dedicated BMC management network interface for independent out-of-band O&M management. Built-in Layer 3 routing and switching, VLAN partitioning, and QoS traffic control functions.

Features 6 × 3.5-inch (or 2.5-inch) drive bay supporting SATA 3.0 HDD/SSD expansion, enabling seamless capacity scaling to terabyte-level storage. With hot-swappable capability for rapid drive replacement, it fulfills integrated deployment requirements for file management, data backup, video surveillance, and similar applications.
