The core supporting unit of this system—the CSR1-N10R3588S AI edge computing server—has become the "most powerful brain" for the digital transformation of mines, thanks to its exceptional performance. The CSR1-N10R3588S server can simultaneously support 16 to 320 channels of H.264 / H.265 video decoding and perform real-time recognition and inference through its powerful NPU (Neural Processing Unit), providing an efficient solution for mine safety monitoring. The server's multi-channel video management and distribution capabilities ensure robust video data processing in complex mining environments, accurately supporting real-time monitoring needs for three major and four minor safety scenarios in coal mines, effectively enhancing production safety and risk management capabilities.


To meet increasingly stringent safety requirements, the CSR1-N10R3588S server is also equipped with an advanced computing core heartbeat detection function. If a computing core loses responsiveness, the system immediately sends an alert to the backend and automatically activates a backup core, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance, thereby providing a solid guarantee for mine safety. This feature significantly enhances system reliability, allowing mines to maintain stable operations in the face of unexpected situations. Additionally, the CSR1-N10R3588S server supports 2.5 / 3.5 SATA3 hard drives, enabling long-term storage and reproduction of mine identification results and production data through high-capacity drives. With a dual backup design for both online and offline data, data security is further ensured, guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of mine production data.
